What is your return policy?

We only accept returns for albums that are unopened and in their original packaging. To request a return, you must provide clear video evidence showing the item is unopened.


What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue, you must provide a clear, unedited video of the unboxing as proof. This video must show the package being opened from the start. Refund or replacement requests without video evidence may not be accepted.


Do I need to record an unboxing video?

Yes. We strongly recommend recording a full, unedited video while opening your package. This protects both you and us in case there are any issues with your order.


Can I return opened albums?

No, unfortunately we do not accept returns for opened items under any circumstances.


How do I request a refund or return?

Please contact us via email or live chat with your order details and include your video proof (if required). We will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.


How long does it take to process refunds?
